Mr. Erik Monsen holds a degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia and completed the ISMP executive course at Harvard Business School. Joining Aall in 1966, he founded a Cayman Island holding company, including Aall Trust & Banking Corporation, Aall Investment Management, and Aall & Co. Ltd., Japan. By 1990, he was President & CEO of Aall Group Inc. and Chairman of Aall Trust & Banking. He also established AallBarwil Japan and managed the sale of its shares to Wilhelmsen Maritime Services. Erik currently oversees the Aall family office, managing investments in shipping, private equity, and real estate. He serves on several boards, including Proven Bank and Trust and Apex Ltd. A Cayman Islands resident and citizen, Erik is a Knight of the Norwegian Order of St. Olav.
Mr. Jason G Mandel

Jason G. Mandel is an experienced Wall Street executive and advisor to entrepreneurs around the world. He has held senior positions at Cantor Fitzgerald LP, DE Shaw & Company and the LeFrak Organization. Mandel is the founder and chief executive officer at the Mandel Family Office. He has managed limited partnerships and discretionary funds for large hedge funds, banks and family offices. Mandel received a Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) from Brandeis University and a Master of Science degree (with distinction) from Columbia University.
Mr. Ryan Messer

Ryan Messer is a highly accomplished Senior Executive with over two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, consistently guiding companies to significant growth, including taking private firms public. As a strategic problem-solver, he excels at envisioning and executing solutions with urgency across all organizational facets.
Ryan earned a BSBA in Marketing and Finance in 1997 and furthered his education in economics, risk management, and cash flow analysis at the Colorado School of Mines in 2011. He began his career in IT services and consulting before co-founding Sterling Energy in 2002, where he successfully developed and sold high-value projects.
In 2005, he co-founded PRYME Energy LTD, listed on the ASX and OTCQX, leading the company in leveraging advanced technology for high-quality exploration opportunities. Since 2016, Ryan has focused on sustainable technology projects and niche ventures to scale growth, applying his strategic business tactics while leading Arsenal Holdings.
